[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily updates

Yesterday we did the Qsq measurement during the swing shift (1hour), and the preliminary Qsq result looks pretty good (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3708030).
After that we went back to the production at 50uA (RHRS Q2 down) until Moller measurement (3:00am today). However, the Moller measurement was ended up with quads setting due to the beam down for the LCW leak in the west arc. Obviously, the spin dance is rescheduled due to the same reason. 
We have been with the control access since 9:30am this morning, which is mainly for Jack to fix the Q2 magnet. Meanwhile the fire experts reset our VESDA monitor in the hall and it works right now.

Here is the plan for today:

1) control access for the RHRS Q2 magnet
2) switch the detectors after 12:00pm
3) low current, target and detector alignment for both arms 
4) production (50-70uA)

Scheduled plan for tomorrow:
1) 3:00am Moller measurement 
2) 7:00am Spin dance 

We will have our regular RC meeting in the counting house conference room at 3:30 PM
