[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily updates

There was no beam due to the LCW leak since yesterday early morning (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3708159, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3708475) until 10:25 this morning, so Moller measurement and Spin dance have been rescheduled. 

Currently, HallA is under control access for the RHRS Q2 magnet work(Status of the RQ2:https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3708400). Meanwhile, the Compton laser work is ongoing inside the hall.
We have an issue on the analysis slowness for LHRS counting mode,  the computing, DAQ and hardware experts are working on it to support us (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3708437, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3708557).

1) 3:00am Moller measurement
2) 7:00am Spin dance
