[Halla_running] Status (CREX and ACC) after 1:30 MCC meeting

Small correction to Bob's message below... we will likely remain in Controlled Access from this Friday on to the run start. So, please plan to have your systems ready this week and in a state that minimal Hall access will be required.

Subject: [Halla_running] Status (CREX and ACC) after 1:30 MCC meeting

After the weekly planning meeting (1:30 at MCC), we currently plan to lock up hall A (controlled access) this
weekend; there may be beam in the hall (NOT for physics, so we don't need people) and then opening again
(restricted access) on Monday.   The whiteboard shows a spin dance on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and
we are currently slated for beam delivery starting on Monday December 2, which is perfectly aligned with
our shift schedule.  If anything changes, of course I will let you know right away.  In the meantime, please plan
around this weekend's lockup and get your systems ready for beam, remember to make HALOG entries about
the status and/or problems, and communicate with your friendly neighborhood Run Coordinator (me!).
