Hi All,

Please note that Hall A’s lock up schedule has been modified slightly to better prepare for the upcoming fall run schedule. The current hall lockup plans are as follows:

Hall A will be swept at approximately 3pm tomorrow (11/22) and put into Controlled Access.

The hall will remain in Controlled Access until Sunday (11/24) morning at which time it will be moved to Beam Permit for the Accelerator to send tuned beam.

On Monday (11/25) at approximately 9am, the hall will be swept by RADCON and returned to Controlled Access.

Barring any surprises, Hall A will remain in Controlled Access until Saturday (11/30) at which time it will move back to Beam Permit for the Spin Dance. Once the Spin Dance concludes, we are expecting to move right into the fall run of physics beam…

Please note that Hall A Entry Status is not expecting to go back to Restricted Access following the sweep on Friday. With this in mind, I’ve ask RADCON to support one final survey for moving equipment, tools, parts, etc. out the hall. This will take place tomorrow (11/22) at 10am so tag and place have anything you would like to remove from the hall on the RADCON shelf or by the roll-up door prior to this time. We will make sure everything gets surveyed so please comeback around 11am to pick your items up. Also, I’m asking everyone to check the RADCON shelf for cleared items that you might have placed on there during this down. Thanks.
