[Halla_running] ACC progress and RC meeting(s)

Dear Colleagues

Over the weekend, the accelerator folks managed to get 5 uA tune mode beam to the Hall A dump.
Currently we are in beam permit while they try to figure out a discrepancy in energy measurements.
Going forward, our default setup would be controlled access until Monday Dec 2 when we start
physics, but we will be going to beam permit when needed to support the accelerator restoration
as well as for the planned spin dance on Nov 30.  We still have some work to do in the hall, namely to
complete the set up of the septum magnet and the compton polarimeter.

Today we'll have our an RC meeting at 3:30 in the meeting room in the second floor counting room.
We'll meet today and Wednesday this week to go over the status of the accelerator, the status of
each Hall A system, and the initial run plan.
