[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] RC Status Update

Hello,

The hall will remain in controlled access through today (Friday). At some
point on Saturday (yet to be determined) OPS will place the hall in beam
permit and send tune beam and approximately 5uA of CW. Starting 7am Sunday,
beam setup for the spin dance will begin with spin dance lasting through
swing shift. Monday is to be the RF stress test in which 60uA CW beam at
5pass is delivered to HallA for a shift. Beam will not be on target at any
point.

OWL shift Monday 12/2 is cancelled
DAY shift Monday 12/2 is cancelled
SWING shift Monday 12/2 on standby
OWL shift Tuesday 12/3 on standby
