[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] RC Status update

The hall will is going into beam permit this evening presently. Tomorrow
the spin dance is scheduled for DAY and SWING.

Present issue: Temperature readback on the moller solenoid starting having
issues this evening, not resolved by an ioc reboot, requires
assistance/advice before the spin dance tomorrow.

Magnet work that remains to be completed this week includes: HES and SBS
handshaking, RQ1 stability at high current, LQ2 and LQ3 quench protection
faults.
