[Halla_running] RC meeting (and current status)

We will have our regular RC meeting today at 3 30. Bluejeans:

OPS managed to reduce the Compton rates to reasonable levels by tuning 1C05
and further compression in 0L04. The intrinsic spot size changed slightly
to 137x217 so we are proceeding to production.
