[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC report, plan and meeting

Finally yesterday we didn't have any major down. Overall we managed to have about a 50% efficiency for data taking (down time mostly due to beam trips). 

Shujie tested the BPM cavity signal from the spare in preparation for testing of a LBNL designed box (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3829370)

Doug made an energy measurement: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3829334

This morning the accelerator went down to address some maintenance of cryomodules. We took the opportunity to look at the electron detector (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3829889) and to fix the AC unit in the LHRS (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3829908). Yan took a look at the injector and we have verified that the parity quality was ok (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3829878).

We are now recovering from the down and should start back production. The plan for the next 24h: production until 8 30 tomorrow morning when we will do a Moller measurement.
