[Halla_running] RC meeting

Hi Folks,
There is a lot going on getting ready for beam and activities will be
continuing throughout the weekend on the part of both our collaboration as
well as Hall A technical staff. I would like to have a brief RC meeting
this afternoon to get an update from all parties. To keep it brief, system
experts, please 1. have a few sentence update on your current status 2.
Tell us what you hope or would like your system status to be on Monday and
3. If you need help from the collaboration to get there.
These three questions should suffice to give us the key information we
need while not prolonging the meeting with details. Collaboration members
can follow up with other questions not specifically addressed if they see
fit, but I will try to end the meeting by 3:50PM so that folks can
continue working.
