[Halla_running] shift leader shifts cancelled

Hi Folks,
All SL shifts have been cancelled up to and including Tuesday Owl. TO
shifts are on standby until I get more information on when the target will
be cooled. Target operators should not report for shift duty until
notified by the RC that they are required. The RC will notify you as soon
as information becomes available.
Please note that the schedule does not reflect the SL cancellations
because the software only allows full not partial cancellation of the
shift while maintaining shift credit. If the TO shifts are cancelled the
schedule will reflect reality.
