[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC update: Plan for Wed Swing and Thurs Owl

We have returned to beam permit, and OPS is in the process of tuning beam into the hall.

Fairly soon, they will have us ramp up BigBite, and then they'll do the harp scans to determine the beam spot size.

Then we move on to the ion chamber calibrations for the empty target and the 5-foil optics target.  Then we'll put the 2x2 raster on the carbon hole target and take raster pattern runs to find the target center, and do the raster calibration, and bullseye scan. 
Then we'll move into the detector commissioning plan.

The beam current will be limited to 10uA overnight.

RadCon will do a survey at 0830 tomorrow for controlled access during the day.
