[Halla_running] RC Update and Meeting Reminder

Hello All,

Over the weekend we finished our planned configuration change operations without issue. We were able to obtain more measurements of the Helmholtz coil fields with SBS/BB magnets off and prepare for target installation today by aligning the optics and replacing the veriac controllers for the oven. The BPM VME crates are fixed and operation validated.

Survey and alignment are currently in the hall and we will move on after they are finished to kin 3 field measurements with SBS and BB on. Target installation will follow tonight on swing. We are on track to take beam on Tuesday swing after hot checkout tomorrow day.

Let's meet at 3:30pm to discuss the current status of the hall and review the plan for the coming days.
