[Halla_running] RC Update and Meeting Reminder

Hello All,

According to plan, Jessie and team installed the big bite stops and beam line braces yesterday before end of day shift and kin 3 field measurements were taken thereafter. The target team spent the night installing the target cell "Windmill" and finished up this morning without issue. Jessie’s team is working on checkout as of this email and some final adjustments are being made in the target chamber. We will sweep the hall around 4:30pm and begin bringing beam back into the hall around 5:30-6pm. 

Let's meet at 3:30pm to discuss the current status of the hall and review the plan for tonight and the coming days.
