Summary:

- Andrew L and RadCon crew accessed the target enclosure and diagnosed the situation after the reference cell rupture. Then it was presented and discussed with the spokespeople and experts. The plan was to start the cleaning of the target area by RadCon, that it took the rest of the day and continue today.
- Once the cleaning is acceptable (it won't be totally decontaminated, so RW-II is mandatory) the cells will be installed.
- I will cancel Swing and Owl shift and the sweep of the hall and preparations for beam delivery will start tomorrow morning.

Short Term Run Plan:

- Finish the installation of the cells
- Start the target polarization
- Sweep the hall
- Prepare for beam

CALL FOR SHIFT STAFF:
People!! I've been calling for volunteers to take shifts, specially target operators. If you don't have the target operator training, DON'T WORRY, Arun will be happy to give the mandatory lecture and be part of the exclusive group of Target Operators. But Shift Leaders are necessary too!!! Do not make the experiment stop (yes, if a shift is fully staffed, the experiment could be stopped for that shift)

I guess we should have the regular RC meeting at 15:30 and get an update from the target experts. BUT, I won't ask them to come if they are working in the enclosure.
