[Halla_running] RC meeting at 3:15PM

Hi Folks,
We will have an RC meeting this afternoon at 3:15 PM. Note the time change to allow for folks to attend the first part of the weekly Hall C meeting.
Jack successfully ramped the SBS and BB magnets to operating currents (2100 and 750A respectively). He is working on increasing the LCW for flow for the SBS so that we can stably run at 2100A. Target work continues as it did throughout the weekend. Work is ongoing to get the target oven to 255 degC which requires adding another heater. The laser system was approved for operation this morning. Work continues apace on the target ladder and gas system. So far it appears that the target ladder will be surveyed tomorrow Tuesday and we are aiming for a Thursday morning hall lockup. Thursday is a maintenance day for the accelerator so we are not likely to see them tuning beam to us before swing. Meeting information is below.
