A fairly short update for now:
After our meeting yesterday, Radcon continued to clean the , and this was complete around 9 this morning.

Kate and Arun have completed uninstalling the old cell, and plan to install the new one after lunchtime. We hope to be complete by 5 and polarise overnight, and start target ladder alignments tomorrow morning.


We will have the regular RC meeting at 3:30pm in the Counting House conference room to discuss the run plan going forwards. Alternately, people can join remotely via:
