After the meeting yesterday, Arun and Bill managed to wrap up the target alignment.

Target alignment has been completed and target encoder positions have been submitted to MCC: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4197304

Target laser fibers have been connected and turned ON: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4197331
Target beam cooling jets were switched back on: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4197335
SBS and BB magnets turned ON: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4197334

Then, we were ready for beam checkout.
Unfortunately, as the skies were looking brighter on our side, they started to darken for MCC:
They had a unresponsive controller module first which ended up being solved:

As they were dealing with that, South Linac 2K cold box tripped:

They fought with that till this morning and still recovering from it.
Then, They've had tuner faults on another module https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4197544
As I write this entry, MCC won't deliver beam for the next several hours (it is unlikely we get any beam this shift...).

We will have the regular RC meeting at 3:30pm in the Counting House conference room.
