Waited for beam all day yesterday, but we managed to do EPR measurement:

Beam came back at 6PM, so we could finally do beam checkout.

Target polarization 42.3% at the end of the beam checkout:

We lost essentially one additional day of beam compared to the two days schedule for a normal cell changeover, which is much less than formerly anticipated. Kudos to target group, radcon, hall a techs, and Gary (who coordinated everyone as RC);
