[Halla_running] Upcoming vacant shifts

Dear all,

I've noticed that there are even more vacant shifts, on the form of trade
requests. While it is understandable that sometimes circumstances will
prevent you to take your shift, we would be extremely grateful that you
please have the courtesy to at least try to actively find someone to take
over for your shift, instead of letting current RC figuring it out (they
have enough work to do!).
