[Halla_running] [Revised Logentry] Updated Wed swing + Thursday plan for Hall A

The updated plan for Hall A for Wednesday Swing and Thursday is the following:

Wed 18:00 - 18:30: hall close-up;
Wed 18:30 - 19:00: establishing CW beam, perform harp scans;
Wed 19:00 - Thu 12:00(d+1): Moller;

At the end of Moller, beam checkout (harp scans, carbon hole) + NMR measurement:
If target polarization > 35%:
* production on polarized helium 3 (with NMR every 3 hours) until 8am;
else:
* take at least 4 hours of H2 reference cell data;
* take NMR after those 4 hours, resume production if target polarization >35%, continue on ref cell otherwise, till 8am.

Thu 8:00 - 8:30: escorted access to insert sieve slit;
Thu 8:30 - 16:00 Sieve slit data taking
                           * 10uA CW on carbon multifoil + SBS-BB magnets ON;
                           * 10uA CW carbon single foil + SBS-BB magnets OFF;
Thu 16:00 - 16:30: escorted access to remove sieve slit;
Thu 16:30 - :  Back to 45uA CW on polarized Helium 3.
