RC daily update 10/19

Hall was brought back into beam permit around 10:30 pm last night after a significant amount of laser work by the target group, see the log below.
We started with a Moller measurement but there was significant beam time down during most of owl shift. 
Moller was started around 5:30 am and finished at 8 am with a polarization of ~80.6%
The sieve was inserted with an escorted access at 8:30 am and we are currently ready to take beam when the machine is back from an SL access. 
Latest NMR was taken at 7:30 with 43.8% polarization and still spinning up.

Run Plan:
Day:
Take single carbon foil with magnets OFF optics data
Take multi carbon foil optics data with magnets ON
Remove sieve and resume production data.
