[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Hall A status and RC meeting

The restoration of beam into the hall A line was been successful ( see the matching plots in https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4177980). We have started the restoration procedure with CW beam during OWL (thanks to the crew who signed up last minute and to Bill for shepherding all of it through the night) and will continue through most of the DAY shift today. The plan is to go into production soon after that if target polarization reaches a good level.

Items of note:
* laser work in the hall: depending on the progress of the target polarization (Hunter debugged the system early today and will monitor it during his shift) we may want to take a longer access tomorrow during the day to address it
** Todd would like to opportunistically go in to address issues with the reference cell controls
* BigBite magnet cannot be turned off/on remotely: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4177984 The techs and Ellen will have to take a look at it during the next access (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4178242)
* Moller quads: DC power will need 4-6 hours to debug the LCW ground leak (this needs to happen before we can do a Moller measurement). While this is going on it would be an ideal time for Don to do the Moller dipole training
* during the next access Paul Vasilauskis will like to be notified so that he can fix the phone at the entrance of the hall (on the labyrinth side) since it cannot be used to make accesses at the moment. If you are making an access please bring a phone that will work in down there.
