[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update - NO RC meeting today

Hall A is in Restricted Access in preparation for the target repair work which will begin tomorrow. As of now all shifts are cancelled until tomorrow swing. More shifts will probably be cancelled beyond Swing tomorrow, we will make a decision on that after getting an update from Dave Meekins.

There isn't anything new to report on today so I am cancelling today's RC meeting. We will meet tomorrow at the usual time. I will be posting updates to the halog as I get them.
