[Halla_running] [New Logentry] Status update - Monday swing and Tuesday owl shifts cancelled

Dave Meekins sent an update. Today the plan is to finish up the ePAS for the transfer line replacement work and get it signed off. Then the transfer lines will be removed, a replacement line will be installed at the target, the system will be purified and the transfer line installation at the distribution can will take place. If all goes well with today's work, the target cool down will start tomorrow morning. Dave said he can do the cool down in controlled access so we may request a sweep of the hall before the target cool down starts tomorrow morning to put Hall A in controlled access. In this "all-goes-well" optimistic scenario we may be ready for beam sometime during Wed. owl. 

Today's swing and tomorrow's owl shifts are cancelled. Tomorrow's day and swing shifts are on stand-by.
