Around 11 am yesterday the GEM gas mixture was increased - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284405 , https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284439

There was some worry about there being increased level of argon in the lines after this increased happened so it was decided to let the GEMs flush for 3 hours before turning on the HV. 

During this time when the GEMs were off a bullseye scan was preformed - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284454 

Starting at around 16:30 plateau scans were done for the BB GEM layers, these were completed around 00:30 this morning - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4285005

GEM efficiencies for the BB side now look reasonable - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284996

After this we moved to taking data at 9 uA on LD2, things seemed to run pretty smoothly overnight. 

We are now increasing the HV on the SBS GEM side until a reasonable efficiency is reached to be fine tuned later this evening.   


Lets have a quick RC meeting this afternoon at 3:30 to discuss progress with the GEMs.
