[Halla_running] adaq cluster upgrade to Alma9

Hello everyone,

as previously announced on Slack, we will be upgrading the remaining 
server/workstation machines (adaq*, aonl*, adaqsc) in the Hall A 
counting house to Alma Linux 9 over the next few weeks. Please be 
prepared for occasional downtimes.

Since the DAQ is Java-based, it should in principle run without change 
on Alma9. Of course, we will need to do some tests to verify 
performance. I will be in touch with DAQ experts about this.

If you do need certain systems to stay at the current CentOS7, please 
let me know asap.
