[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily summary

During the RC meeting yesterday Andrew showed evidence that our new calibration still had an E/p ratio much less than unity in the upper part of ECal. The thinking is that with past calibrations being low, this has biased the trigger especially in the top of the detector allowing only the higher part of the energy distribution through. With a distribution biased to higher energy, the elastic calibration then reproduced the lower E/p top. It is thought that it might take a few iterations to remove this bias. Right now the thinking is to use the lowest threshold data and/or the data after the row-wise rough calibration for a new calibration. 
In the meantime we will continue running at 14uA with 60% threshold.

Since yesterday's Day to today's owl:
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 so far: 82.16 C (Goal: 100 C)
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 since yesterday 8AM : 1.05 C

Current Issues and Hall activities:
* GEM work in the hall is ongoing both to start using the new gas mixture and to try to repair/recover some of the lost planes/module.
* ECal analysis update to evaluate proper trigger threshold
* Kip is replacing a HV card in crate 34
