[Halla_running] [Revised Logentry] Hall A RC update

In the past 24 hours
Yesterday around 9:30 am, we noticed half of the front tracker APVs were not configurable. Requested an escorted access to reset the VME crate that was connected to those APVs.
  * Jacob and Ching-Him reported that we needed a VME crate replacement - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4428980
  * Surveyed the hall; Jacob, Anu and Ching-Him replaced the VME crate.
  * We were down for 4 hours from this incident.

We got beam back around 2:40 pm, and since then we are running without any major down time except for couple of DAQ issues.

  * Alex killed few processes on adaq2 to help the live time issue - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4429448
 
There were two ECAL AC unit resets in the last 24 hrs.
 
Since yesterday's Day to today's owl: ABU - 14 hr, BANU - 5.6 hr, BNA - 4.3 hr.
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 so far: 67.4 C (Goal: 100 C)
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 since yesterday : 0.4 C

Updates from MCC:
* Today MCC will try to work on the vertical separator. They estimated two hours (10 am-noon) for this work. We might get beam (with lots of trip) for the first hours. They are estimating no beam for the next hour. Please let us know if you are planning to work on any subsystem during tomorrow's access.
* Tomorrow, we will be in the restricted access. Please plan to work on your system if you need that. 

Current Issues:
* DAQ startup sometimes problematic. Also the RCGUI freezes frequently.
