[Halla_running] [Revised Logentry] Hall A RC update

In the past 24 hours
* Last night the TO called me and informed that there is ESR problem and requested to contact and inform ESR.
    So far, we used to call the crew chief with such a request. Yesterday, I suggested the to make halog entry and request the crew-chief; and the TO contacted the crew-chief with such a request.
    Later in the morning, the crew-chief stopped by the CH and told the shift worker that Hall/RC should contact the guard or the Cryo directly.
    I brought this up during the 7:45 am RC meeting and Doug will follow up with this and will update us.

* We ran smoothly yesterday until the ESR problem occurred this morning - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4430380.
* We were forced to decrease current to 12 uA. We continued with that until beam studies started around 5:30 am - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4430448
* There were two ECal heater controller resets - one during swing and another during owl - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4430334
* There were few events where DAQ rate went to zero due to busy signal from crates. Problems were solved by remote resets only.
 
Since yesterday's Day to today's owl: ABU - 16.8 hr, BANU - 1.8 hr, BNA - 2.7 hr.
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 so far: 69.5 C (Goal: 100 C)
* Total Accumulated Charge at Kin3 since yesterday : 1.2 C

Updates from MCC:
* Today is maintenance day - planning close accelerator around 2 pm.
* Most likely, the next Wednesday will be a beam studies day. 

Current Issues and Hall activities:
* DAQ startup sometimes problematic. Also the RCGUI freezes frequently.
* CDet VME crate is not working (People are inside the Hall to fix this) - https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4426917
* Jiwan and Ben are planning to work on HCal VTP firmware fix.
