[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC Update June 18

Beam studies today, should begin restore at 1pm with beam back at 2pm.

The Hot Channel fix yesterday appears to have reduced the trigger rate in the ECAL from 2kHz to 1.4kHz. 
ECAL calibration is implemented the experts are wait for beam to return to check it.
