[Hallb-engineering] switching power to IOC

The clean power generator is behind the large one and can be tested ourselves, or let Paul do it. Have we been given a reason as to why this work is being done on a shutdown day? This seems contra to the Labs fundamental policy on shutdown days. There's good reason not to work on those days.
One thing to remember is that the Buffer Dewar may not be a bumpless transfer.
The oncall paging system will need to be verified as its not on a backup system as far as I know.
This should all be OK however, but its not without risk and I don't understand why we don't do this type if work when there are workers around.
Regards,
Krister

I'm getting in touch with Paul Powers now to set up a test with Harris
Elec on the Generator. Doug
