[Hallb-engineering] Wed work for transporter

Wednesday at 6:00 am we will move Hycal to the transporter.
This will take
lowering the transporter
moving and connecting the Detector to the transporter
Reducing the Large He Bag, sealing and filling
Moving the Profiler and TAC stand to 6 inch from the detector
The down stream beam line He bag can remain the same

Any help would be great
