[Hallb-engineering] PRIMEX startup

  Dear Collaborators,

The installation of the experiment is coming along and approaching 
completion.
The plan is to get ready for the beam Sunday evening.
We are planning to start manning shifts at 00:00 Monday September 27 
(24:00 Sunday)

Before you arrive on you shift make sure that all your training is up to 
date.
The Current Experiment web page http://clasweb.jlab.org/shift/current/ 
has a list of the required documents: Conduct of operations (COO), 
Experimental Safety Assessment Document (ESAD), PRIMEX specific ESAD, 
Radiation Safety Assessment Document (RSAD). Hard copies of these 
documents will be available in a binder in the counting room together 
with the signature list. Once you read them please* *sign this signature 
list.

System experts: get your systems ready and complete the check list 
posted on the door of the counting room.

quite a few empty slots. Please, sign up.
