[Hallb-engineering] PRIMEX startup

Dear Collaborators,

Here is an update on PRIMEX startup. Hall will be locked up on owl shift 
Monday and ACC will do check up. We expect to receive beam Monday day 
shift. Our shifts will start 08:00 Monday September 27.

Before you arrive on you shift make sure that all your training is up to 
date.
The Current Experiment web page http://clasweb.jlab.org/shift/current/ 
has a list of the required documents: Conduct of operations (COO),
Experimental Safety Assessment Document (ESAD), PRIMEX specific ESAD,
Radiation Safety Assessment Document (RSAD). Hard copies of these
documents will be available in a binder in the counting room together
with the signature list. Once you read them please sign the signature list.
