[Hallb-engineering] Hall B hot checkout in progress

Hello All,

A sweep of Hall B took place at 1:50 a.m. and it is now in
controlled access.  Currently, MCC is doing the hot check out
for completing the procedures to get the hall ready for beam
permit when we are ready; it should be done in about 30 min.
When the hot check out is completed, the hall will be taken
back to restricted access.
