[Hallb-engineering] DynaPower Box Supplies

Does anyone know when we will need both Moellers again? If we don't
have an experiment that uses them before 12 GeV (or something like
that), it would delay the time period before this thing could reach
critical mass ... If not, we will need to secure a spare for the short
term or accept the risk.
