[Hallb-engineering] June 29 No AC in the hall

Hello,

I think its a good idea to keep classc3 up and the network switches so 
that we can get temperature alarms through the pager.

We talked about the LCW going away so we need to put the Torus Turbo 
Pump on tap water and direct the spill off to the sump.
