[Hallb-engineering] Wed NO AC

There will be no AC in Hall B for 4 hours in the morning on Wed 
6/29/2011  Please keep all doors closed and any electronics off that are 
not needed. All of the Air Handlers will be turned off as well as the 
circulation pumps for the chilled water. The Torus will be on house 
water and I have had Rad Con check the pump room in case it needs to be 
emptied.

During this time Hall B techs will be assembling the Pcal window for 
load testing in the ESB building and doing the load test.
