[Hallb-engineering] 6 and 12 GeV work for the next 6 months

I have not received any info for work on 6 and 12 GeV for the next 6 
months. The only one I have been sent is 12 GeV Pcal.

I have started the scope of work and THA for the items that were sent to 
me by Stephan S.
If your items are not on the schedule for the next 6 months. Please make 
sure you each put in a BList with the scope of work and THA for each 
individual  item, this will include paperwork. Lift Plans,Task Hazards, 
and related EHS&Q documentation.
