[Hallb-engineering] Fwd: Hall B Power Outage

I do not see any issues. We should turn off all the ADB and fast bus 
crates Thursday evening in preparation for this in case there are 
unexpected recovery issues. I would like to monitor the DCGAS system 
pressure controls when this happens to verify correct operation.
