[Hallb-engineering] awards and publications

Dear all,
The next report will be due soon for publications and awards. We will
need the information by April 20, 2012. Please send to Linda (ceraul at jlab.org)
the following information on any award that you may have received between January 1,
2012 and March 31, 2012. Include the title of the award, who presented it and the
date it was presented. Also include awards that a colleague or student of yours
may have received if he/she is related to Hall B.

It is also vital that you enter your publications, invited talks and
thesis in the pubs database. Login in at the following website and enter
the information. Of course, if you already entered a talk and it is now
published, you will need to update the information already in the system.
