[Hallb-engineering] Vacuum

Not only were the valve controllers not reset, the center screw holding 
the square connector on the valve (just upstream of torus) was missing 
and that valve failed to reset because the connector was not completely 
plugged in. Suggest someone find a screw to secure that connector. It is 
a very loose fit and easily dislodged.
