[Hallb-engineering] CLAS12 commissioning

Dear all,

Today, December 17, 2017 at 13:13:26, the beam in Hall B was increased 
to 70nA. This corresponds to the design operating luminosity of CLAS12. 
This is a huge milestone on our way to science in 2018. All baseline 
detectors, superconducting magnets, and several ancillary detectors are 
installed and were fully operational.

While all detectors behaved as expected, some tuning of their operating 
parameters remains to be done for the second part of the engineering run 
in January.Until then we all must do our utmost to use the large amount 
of data collected during this commissioning run for the calibration of 
all detector components.
