I have it officially - you can start taking out beamline, cables, HTCC, 
SVT and CTOF   etc etc

I will talk more to Allison tomorrow about closing out the drift chambers.

Congratulations to you all.  I've been here a bit over 7 years and it is 
VERY NICE to see this all come together and work on first big attempt.  
Truly impressive.

DOE has reviewed the material you provided in support of the Key
Performance Parameter demonstration during last weekend's beam run.

I have received concurrence from the 12 GeV Upgrade Federal Project
Director and the Federal Program Manager that the Key Performance
Parameter for Hall B has been met!  They send their congratulations on
the excellent progress.
