[Hallb-engineering] HCO for CLAS12 systems

Dear all,

As of now, CLAS12 and the beamline is fully installed in KPP configuration.
System leads, please start HCO process for your subsystems. The link to the
HCO page is available from KPP run wiki -

It is "Hot Checkout" link in the left column.

Expert on HCO system is Rafayel Paremuzyan (cc-ed on this email), if you 
have
any questions or difficulties in using the system please contact him.

We are expecting to have final walk-down of the Hall by "green team" on 
Monday
or Tuesday, will be good to have system checkout started by then.
