[Hallb-engineering] Hall B meeting

  The minutes of today's Hll B meeting are now available:

It's been a busy week for many people. CLAS12 is essentially ready for 
beam, with few glitches to be sorted out still.

Please take note of the presentation by Marco Contalbrigo on the RICH 
Status, and by Xiangdong Wei on the HDIce target and schedule.

Also, we had a successful cosmic ray run over the weekend. You may want 
to take a look at few graphs from the run.
