[Hallb-engineering] Hall B meeting

Dear all,

Please find the minutes of Monday's Hall B meeting at this link:

All focus is on getting Hall B ready for beam. The forward carriage has 
been moved today to the nominal operating position. Tomorrow (Wednesday) 
we hope to get the Torus power supply operational and ramp the Torus 
magnet to full field.
