[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Follow-up Re: Solenoid/Buffer Dewar Recovery and Torus Status

Completed tuning of the Solenoid cryo this morning and now helium levels and temps are such that we will start ramping at ~08:30 
Vacuum of Torus for past two days is shown in other plot.

Denny and I will come up with a recommended time between Torus Warm Up's/ degassing and then this should be put on a PM plan and scheduled between experiments.
