[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Torus MPS Faults

Ruben, Probir, Onish, Mark and myself went to investigate the MPS Internal fault after access to Hall B was allowed again.

The remote chassis indicated the fault was a 'Safety OCP' fault (which isn't one of the status bits, possibly explaining why it came over on the 'Spare' bit).

Hitting the e-stop on the remote chassis didn't trigger a fast dump as expected, so we did it via EPICS (which did work). This means there's a case where the main contactor can open, but the MPS not dump.

Upon opening the MPS cabinets there was the smell of something being burnt. Initially Probir found some debris on the bus bar, but Mark checked continuity and found that it was open. There are small pieces from the braided copper jumpers in quite a few places.

After more hunting we found the source of the smell, part of the crowbar circuit.
